The Makinohara Plateau in Shizuoka has been renowned for tea cultivation since the early Meiji era. A fourth-generation tea master has carefully selected rich, flavorful Makinohara tencha for this creation. Tencha—an unkneaded, rare tea leaf used in matcha—yields a pure, resonant umami with no unwanted bitterness.

To extract the tea’s beneficial components, we employ our proprietary "Cold Extraction Method®." Through repeated low-temperature filtration and without the use of additives such as vitamin C, we preserve and concentrate the tea’s natural fragrance and umami.
