The "Plain" (smooth red bean paste) offers a rich azuki aroma, while the "Matcha" (smooth red bean paste with matcha) delights with a refined bitterness and lingering depth. By carefully adjusting the sweetness, we bring out the authentic, pure flavor that only Japanese ingredients can create.

Choose from "Plain" or "Matcha" shells and "Plain" (smooth red bean paste) or "Matcha" (smooth red bean paste) fillings. Sprinkle with the included premium matcha powder from Asahina, Shizuoka for a hint of refined bitterness that deepens the experience.

We use matcha from Asahina, one of Japan’s top three gyokuro-producing regions, in both the rice wafer shells and red bean paste fillings. Sprinkle the included matcha powder to complete your ultimate matcha monaka, where sweetness and gentle bitterness harmonize perfectly. Matcha powder can also be used for beverages.
